Recognition (simplified) registration
Resolution 738 allows devices already approved by a reference regulator — US FDA, EU CE, UK MHRA, Japan PMDA or Korea MFDS — to be registered through a recognition procedure that relies on the existing approval instead of rebuilding the evidence. We verify that the certificate you hold covers the exact product, model range and intended use you want to place on the Uzbek market, map your existing documentation onto the Uzbek dossier structure, legalise and translate what has to be legalised and translated, and file the recognition application.
