Authorized Representative
A manufacturer without a legal presence in Uzbekistan must appoint a locally established Authorized Representative, named in the application and recorded against the device on the State Register. Acting in that role, we take a Power of Attorney from you, sign and file electronically with an e-imzo signature, hold the correspondence with the Center for Pharmaceutical Products Safety, keep the technical file and distribution records available for inspection, handle complaints, adverse-event reports and field safety corrective actions, and manage renewals and variations. The appointment can be structured so that the certificate remains transferable if you later establish your own entity or change distributor.
