Regulation changes, and provisions may be amended or interpreted differently in practice. We take care to keep the site current and to state clearly what Resolution No. 738 provides, but we give no warranty that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
Eligibility checker and downloadable resources
The eligibility checker returns an indicative pathway based on a small number of answers. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a determination of registrability. Checklists and other downloads are working documents provided as they are, without warranty of fitness for a particular submission.
